Adding mods from https://content.minetest.net/
Today’s episode covers
my interpretation of the Frank Lloyd Wright Falling Water House
3D renders from
Bauhaus Movement Channel
UPDATED I fixed the Petz and Trains issues.
I have updated the world and mods to run on Minetest 5.3.0 and 5.4.1
I will add a video outlining the use of the files shortly.
Instructions for use,
These are the current world files for my videos and are tested on Minetest 5.3.0 and 5.4.1
These worlds take a long time to load becauce of the amount of mods installed. I run these worlds on a 2015 4GB ram Macbook Air and 2019 Lenovo E485 with 16GB ram and have no major issues with gameplay.
- Unzip the file.
- Move rgsmodernfinal and medievalfinal to the worlds directory in the Minetest game.
- Move the texture files John_Smith and rgs8 to the textures folder in the Minetest game.
The minetest.conf file is in each world and is what I use.
*** DO NOT USE ANY OTHER MODS WITH THESE WORLDS ***
I have modified some of the mods extensively and the world will crash or show unknown blocks if for example Dreambuilder is replaced.
All the mods are included in the worldmods folder in each world.
The rgs8 textures are for the rgsmodernfinal world and the John_Smith textures are for the medievalfinal world.
Make sure fire is disabled or the world will burn.
All mods and textures have the credits and licenses for each creator or developer.
All the copyright cat references have been removed.
You can do what you want with the worlds. I ask that you credit rgsproductions2005.com for the building and rblok mods if used on a server or in video or social media posts.
Have fun and get inspired!
